1. Overview
Perfect List (“the App”) is a mobile application available exclusively on the iOS App Store for iPhone devices. The App allows users to create, share, and manage lists of any kind, such as to-do lists, shopping lists, movie watchlists..., or any other type of list.
The App is free to download, but offers a paid subscription to access additional features. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Account Registration
To use the App, all users must create an account. During registration, you must provide:
• A valid email address
• A password
• Your first name
• A four-digit Trust Code, which allows sharing lists with authorized users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Trust Code. All accounts and passwords are securely managed and encrypted using Firebase technology.
3. Free vs. Paid Subscription

• Free Version:
- Users can create one (1) list.
- Users can receive and access an unlimited number of shared lists from other users.

• Paid Version:
Users must subscribe to the monthly plan available at the current price listed in the App to create unlimited lists and still can receive and access an unlimited number of shared lists from other users.
- Subscription payments are processed through your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, and select Perfect List. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not available.
4. Use of the App
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any prohibited purpose.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
5. Customer Support
Customer support is available only for users with an active paid subscription. You can contact us at sirbainc@gmail.com. Support requests from free account users will not be processed.
6. Data Security
We use Firebase for managing user authentication and account information. All passwords and account data are encrypted and securely stored by Firebase. While we strive to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.
7. Modifications to the App and Subscription
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice. Subscription pricing may change, and the current price will always be displayed in the App.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted in the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and code associated with Perfect List are the intellectual property of Perfect List and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Quebec.
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms and Conditions or use the App in an unauthorized manner.
